Assignment
掌握埃马克机床的功能和工艺解决方案
Understand EMAG machines’ function and technology solution
在客户现场安装调试新的机床
Installation and commissioning new machine in customers’ site
对客户组织针对于埃马克机床的培训
Be responsible for training customers about our machine
电话技术支持客户和客户现场服务
Give customers technical support by phone and maintain machines in customers’ site
和客户保持好的协作与沟通
Good coordination and communication with external customers
接收客户的抱怨并及时反馈
Accept customers’ complaint and feedback in time
参加各类培训活动提高服务技能
Participate any kind of training actively and improve service capability
完成部门领导临时指派的工作
Finish temporary works from department leader


任职资格
Your Qualifications
大学机械或者电气工程专业，30岁左右男性
College degree holder in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Age: Approximately 30 years Sexuality: Male
具备良好的数控机床的基本知识，熟悉西门子840D和发那科18数控系统
Good knowledge of basic machine tools, Know Siemens 840D and Fanuc 18i very well
熟悉MS office软件
Information technology basics of MS Office –package
5年以上机床行业相关经验
More than 5 years experience in machine tools
优良的与客户和同事沟通的能力
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to the customer and colleague
良好的普通话和英文读写能力
Good Chinese mother tongue (Mandarin) and the written and spoken English language
